FOCAL Script Coaching

The Script Coaching for short film projects is presented by Kurzfilmtage in collaboration with FOCAL. It offers six to eight Swiss authors/directors an opportunity to receive professional feedback on their short film scripts during free coaching sessions.

A team of representatives of Kurzfilmtage and FOCAL will select the projects. The coaching sessions last 60 to 90 minutes and will be held on Saturday, 8 November 2025, at Alte Kaserne Winterthur.

Swiss fiction, animation, and experimental shorts are eligible.

Filmmakers and producers who are Swiss citizens or who have been living and working in Switzerland for at least four years can apply.
Applicants must have made at least one short film that was screened publicly (cinema, television, or festival).

 Participation will be announced by the end of October.
