FOCAL Script Coaching

During Kurzfilmtage, FOCAL  again offers free coaching sessions for six to eight short film projects. This is an opportunity for screenwriters and directors to receive professional feedback on their scripts. 

The coaching sessions last 60 to 90 minutes and take place between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturday, 11 November 2023 at Alte Kaserne in Winterthur.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be Swiss citizens or Swiss residents.
• The submitted scripts or treatments (for experimental, fictional, or animated shorts) must be in German, French, or English.
• Applicants must have written at least one short film script that was filmed and screened publicly (cinema, television, or festival).

Please send your script or treatment and a bio/filmography to industrykurzfilmtage.ch by 6 October 2023 with "FOCAL Script Coaching" in the subject line. A three-person team of representatives of Kurzfilmtage and FOCAL will select the participants. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the end of October.
