Kurzfilmtage is organized by the non-profit association Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, which counts about 60 members. Our team of film experts and industry specialists is actively involved in organizing and developing the festival year-round. The festival office in Winterthur currently employs seven permanent staff members and two interns; a civilian service member supports the staff during 17 weeks each year.
