You left your heart – but also your phone – in the cinema? During the festival, we’ll keep your lost items at the venue where they were found (blue Cinema Maxx, Kino Cameo, Alte Kaserne, or Kraftfeld). After the festival, we’ll hand over items such as keys, unidentifiable wallets, and phones to the Winterthur Lost Property Office. Things like clothing, bottles, and similar items will be kept at our office for three months. If you’ve lost something, send us an email.
