Reservation

General Guidelines

  • Reservations are available for the following tickets: Festivalpass, Daypass, Single pass (Wheelchair), Promo tickets.
  • For reservations you need the TicketID, which is printed on your pass or ticket.
  • Reservations can be made online via the ticket links here.
  • Reservations are not mandatory but recommended, as there can be sold out screenings.
  • The seats are not numbered, it is recommended to appear early in any case.
  • Reservations are free of charge.
  • Reserved seats lose their validity at the beginning of the performance (according to the programme) and are then released for sale again.
  • Reservations can be made from 09:00 on the day before the screening until the scheduled showtime. Single passes (Wheelchair) and Promo tickets are excluded from this restriction.
  • A maximum of six (6) performances can be reserved per day.
  • For Single pass (Wheelchair) and Promo ticket holders, unclaimed reservations will be counted as admissions.

Instructions for reservations

  • To make a reservation, you will need the TicketID printed on your pass or ticket.

  • Go to kurzfilmtage.ch. Choose your screening and click on «Tickets».

  • Enter your TicketID and click on «Log in».

  • Click on «Reserve my seat» to finalize your reservation.
  • Please note that with Festival- and Daypasses reservations can only be made from 09:00 on the day before the screening until the scheduled showtime.

  • Your booking is complete. You will now be redirected to a summary of your bookings.

Manage reservations

Here you can view, manage and cancel your reservations. For this you need the TicketID, which is printed on your pass or ticket.
