Workshop: How to Put Out a Fire (and How to Prevent One in the First Place) – Communication and Conflict Management in Collaborative Work Settings (en)

Working together on a project sooner or later always leads to major or minor conflicts. Especially structures with flat hierarchies that focus on collaboration require specific tools of so-called lateral leadership, which allow conflicts to be handled productively instead of turning destructive. In this workshop, we learn to recognize the dynamics of conflicts and to use their productive potential to make divergent positions visible.

Workshop facilitator: David Loher, social anthropologist and pedagogue, HSLU (CH)

Space is limited. To register, email industrykurzfilmtage.ch with «Communication Workshop» in the subject line.
