Director:C.J. «Fiery» Obasi
C.J. «Fiery» Obasi grew up watching Hammer House horror films and reading Stephen King novels. Later in life, he put aside his degree in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria (UNN) to launch into filmmaking full-time. Obasi’s debut feature, the no-budget film «Ojuju», premiered at the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) and won the award for Best Nigerian Film, going on to screen at over 30 festivals.
Michael Omonua
Michael Omonua is a film director and screenwriter based in Lagos, Nigeria, and a graduate of the University College of the Creative Arts. «Rehearsal» (2021) won multiple awards, including the Grand Prize at Kurzfilmtage. His segment in the three-part supernatural anthology film «Juju Stories» (2021) had its world premiere in competition at the 74th Locarno Film Festival.
Abba T. Makama
Visual artist and filmmaker Abba T. Makama is the founder and creative director of Osiris Film & Entertainment, a creative group that develops ideas and strategies for digital and traditional media. Abba has a degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia and studied film at the prestigious New York University. He has produced and directed a series of award-winning short films. His debut feature film, «Green White Green», had its 2016 world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival and screened at over 20 film festivals worldwide.
